In fact,let me tell you some info,almost all gif image can be posted in your ID,even without premium membership,just like me!
Im a bit lazy to explain that,so for now,let me do just simple trick to post ANY Deviation in your page,so you can featured them

First step : Search for the "detail" section of the Deviation,it should be bellow the group list where those Deviation featured
Second step : Copy the "Thumb" section,Deviantart provide it to make those Deviation able to be posted as thumbnail
Third step : Copy it into your ID. I think it's also possible to be featured into your journal and in the "Description" section when posting Deviation
